Begin by preparing the product to be printed and the corresponding screen plate. Confirm the type and color of the ink and solvent to be used. Adjust the press to the appropriate settings for optimal printing conditions.
Secure the screen onto the printing table of the screen printer. Adjust the screen to ensure the correct distance and pressure between the screen and the product surface, which is crucial for achieving high-quality prints.
Apply the ink to the top of the screen. Use a squeegee to evenly spread the ink across the screen, allowing the ink to pass through the open areas of the screen and onto the product surface.
